Camden *intend* to decide on the twenty-eighth

So I've been told an internal document reveals. Of course, it might not come to pass, but our source is good and there is an ominous tone to it, a bit like knowing you're about to get a "We'll be serving you a notice to quit unless you leave beforehand" about it. Not that quitting is an option. It's been nearly seven years since the ridiculous plans were first laughed out, but its now less than four weeks until the gavel is brought down and its all over, either for the street and the people who live in it or the "no compromise, we just want the money" developers.
