Not very appealing

Word reaches us that an appeal has been lodged, but its not at the Planning Inspectorate's web-site yet, nor have any of the 140-odd who objected been told. We're firmly convinced that unless it's heard (and Camden's decision overturned) by 23 June, its dead, BUT there's many a slip twixt lip and cup.

Also, the other two conditions are in and need to be resisted. Insert  2008/1828/P  and also 2008/1615/P

You know the form now. Thank you!

I have received a letter from Camden regarding planning application ref 2008/1828/P and asking me to register any objections that I may have to this. However, I don't quite understand what this application is for (I cannot see any real details on Camden's website) - can somebody please clarify for me?? Any help gratefully received.

Editor - It's the developer's second attempt to explain how they're going to protect the trees around the site, one of the conditions the Inspector puton their planning application five years ago. This time they've taken a 'blind them with science' approach. You have until Tuesday 6 to react.
