We've been visited a lot recently by the sort of people who drive cars that reflect their importance. They've seen a site which has been tidied up over the past week, cleared of nearly ten years of detritus and over-growth (mostly by dumping it inside the old railway club building) presumably to give a good impression, not just to them, but also to the Inspector, who is expected to visit anonymously, some time in the next month or so. Our advice? Take what you're told with a good strong pinch of valium - this is no easy project, even if you do put that down to the incompetence of the existing owners.
