Please read around this site and emphasie your support and reasoning behind the local authority's grounds for rejecting the construction methodology statement (CMS),

"We understand and share residents' concerns about construction traffic down Little Green Street.

"The Council has been placed in a very difficult position. We rejected the original housing development off Little Green Street but our decision was over ruled. An independent inspector was brought in and conditional planning permission was granted.

"We acknowledge that the developers in their plans have taken some measures to protect the street. But having considered all the evidence we feel the cumulative impact of the construction vehicles on both the residents and the properties in Little Green Street is still unacceptable."

In officialese

Reason for Refusal

The Construction Methodology Statement by reason of the cumulative effect of all the proposed individual measures is considered to have an unacceptable impact on the amenities of neighbouring occupiers on Little Green Street and is not considered to adequately protect existing properties. This is contrary to policies SD6 (Amenity for occupiers and neighbours) and SD8(b) (Disturbance from demolition and construction) of the London Borough of Camden Replacement Unitary Development Plan 2006.

God speed.

Oh, and don't forget to point out that the MASSIVE seventeen car underground car park is never mentioned in the description of the proposal. Funny, that.

And thank you again.
