A year is a long time in politics

On 28 February 2008, Camden Council's Development Control Committee ('Planning' to you and me) agreed unanimously to reject the proposed construction methodology statement to develop the former railway club located at the rear of Little Green Street and College Lane.

In August 2008, the Planning Inspectorate (the Government entity charged with considering appeals) granted developers permission to develop the site, using Little Green Street as the means of access for site clearance, construction and subsequently as effectively the driveway to the site.

In February 2009, the architects claim that construction begins in 2009.

This is far from certain.
