A a couple of pictures of the development have appeared on page thirteen (unlucky for some) of the 'accolade-winning' (not 'award-winning', I note) architect's brochure.
Its difficult to see how all twenty houses, ten flats and underground car-parking fit, but the confident assertion of a 2009 start is made (but not the 2013/14 finish).
All that assumes that the site owners can find the funding for such a complex, fraught, contentious and generally ill-thought through bit of speculation.
